AAG to Help Raise Funds and Awareness for Alzheimer’s Disease
at Multiple Events Across the U.S.
Orange, Calif. (October 21, 2015) – American Advisors Group (AAG), the nation’s leader in reverse mortgage lending, is proud to support the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s events in three communities to raise money for care, support and research. The company’s corporate social responsibility arm, known as the AAG Foundation, arranged the sponsorship.
AAG employees, their friends and families will participate in the charity’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s® events in Anaheim, CA; Long Island, NY and Atlanta, GA as members of AAG regional teams in those areas. With the highest concentration of AAG employees located near each of these cities, the company aims to bring its team members and the communities they serve together to promote awareness of Alzheimer’s disease, the 6th leading cause of death in the United States.

Jahangiri continues, “At AAG our daily work is focused on helping older Americans live comfortably in their golden years. We feel it’s our obligation to focus our corporate giving on those causes that impact seniors most.”

AAG has a strong culture of caring, with early philanthropic efforts coordinated by AAG Gives Back, the company’s first corporate giving campaign, founded in 2011. The campaign paved the way to the formal establishment of the AAG Foundation, which launched in July of this year.
The AAG Foundation focuses on three pillars of giving: (1) serving the U.S. senior population, (2) providing aid for victims of human trafficking and (3), assisting AAG employees in times of need.
